The grounds were kept spotless, clean and beautiful. I never seen a hotel so clean and the staff were very friendly very helpful. Food was delicious from the buffet to the excellent cuisine. Restaurants to the steakhouse above expectations. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The pool area was great. The accommodations at the pool were wonderful. Lots of entertainment. Loved the water aerobics in the morning shout out to Babyface who was one of the DJs/instructors teaching salsa dancing to organizing bingo and plenty other activities by the pool, he was fabulous, wonderful and great personality to get the people going making everyone comfortable and having a great time the staff by the pool and bartenders Lester are our bartender greeted us all day and night with a smile such a great personality kept everybody happy and smiling our butler that we had. Michael was wonderful. Went out of his way to please us did everything and anything that we needed. It was fabulous. I’m telling you I would definitely recommend this hotel. Had a wonderful time. The water park for the kids is at the entrance, the walk was too long for the kids. Its away from everything. Had to ask for room cleaning service.
